Brown Sugar Keeper Terra Cotta Moisture Saver

Brown sugar hardens when moisture escapes—this terra cotta keeper solves that problem. Place it in your sugar container and it draws out just enough moisture to keep brown sugar soft and spendable, no more rock-solid clumps. Soak the keeper in water for 10 minutes, then place it in your brown sugar. It maintains optimal moisture for baking, cooking, and everyday use. The same tool works dry too: use it to absorb excess humidity and keep spices, salt, crackers, pretzels, and chips crisp and fresh. Works in any airtight container and lasts indefinitely with simple care. A single solution for both soft and dry storage needs.
